Responsibilities
- Helping clients launch and maintain their websites / online stores (training provided).
- Provide outstanding, rapid-response technical support to our clients, strong programming and system analysis skill required.
- Develop web applications/feature for internal and external website.
- Develop systems and procedures for improving overall client satisfaction.
- Discover potential opportunities from client contact and work with sales team to meet their needs for additional products or services.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Required skill(s): PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- The ability to troubleshoot and communicate all technical problems in a clear and logical manner.
- Writing skills including the ability to understand technical terminology.
- A passion for taking care of clients.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.

Web Developer / Programmer (1 vacancy)
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications/feature for internal and external website.
- Generates, maintains and archives web site content.
- Researches and develops new web technologies.
- Setup web application according to customer requirement.
- Perform variety of tasks, which include debugging and system analysis.
- Providing customer service and support after software implementation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Develop web applications (CMS, E-commerce).
- Required skill(s): PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.
